Many people move to the Coastside for the lifestyle, so I have titled my blog, Coastal Real Estate and Lifestyles. Only a short distance from San Francisco and a bedroom community of the greater San Mateo County and Silicon Valley, it can feel like one is farther away or even on vacation! This area is also known for its mild weather, cooler summer and spectacular autumn. This site will also cover surrounding communities such as San Bruno, South San Francisco, Millbrae, Burlingame, Belmont, and San Mateo.

Founding member of the Coastside Mother’s Club. It started with 6 moms, over 100 members now.
Huge rescue animal supporter (Started Half Moon Bay Review Pet of the Week; currently sponsor 1 ad a month after a year of sponsoring all weekly ads). We have rescued kittens, our dog, Monte, and we also rescued a Florida bred thoroughbred horse from the track in Michigan. Happily married to Rick Bennett since 1981. Proud parent of two college students.

Real Estate Career
Since 2003 – Began assisting one then two Realtors in the Half Moon Bay Coldwell Banker office upon returning from our journey in Ann Arbor, MI. Two licensing classes within a year to become Licensed (DRE #01463986). Joined the National Association of Realtors to become a practicing Realtor in 2005 on a team. Began working individually building my business in 2006. I have taken numerous real estate continuing education classes, workshops, legal updates, and certifications since that time. Developed my first business website in Fall 2007. Professional memberships in NAR, CAR, and SAMCAR, Women’s Council of Realtors. Coldwell Banker Relocation Team.
