This Coastside section is full of local information for residents, visitors, and anyone considering relocation to this great area. The neighborhoods sections gives a brief overview of each of the areas if you are from out of the area and want a little heads-up on what might be a good fit. You will get information from me, a full-time real estate professional – who is also a mom and community member since 1989. I wrote everything and there is a lot more to come. The entire site may contain opinions, statistics, homes for sale, homes not for sale, photos, events, perhaps random items, and hopefully, your comments also. I have begun creating several pages, this is the first, that I hope will be useful and of interest.

Music: The Bach Dancing and Dynamite Society, Miramar Beach, Half Moon Bay, CA. Going strong since 1966 thanks to founder & inspiration, Pete Douglas. This is one of the down-home ”gems” of the Coastside, yet with worldwide recognition because of Pete’s passion for great music, lifelong connections, and independent spirit. I can arrange a tour (to include stories, hopefully) if you want one.
