		<description>To me the one I will turn on my heals on is mold and mildew smell. 

A close second is pet odor.  I have a pet and understand pet odor but if I smell evidence that the pet is just allowed to go inside I think I also just spin around and leave.

Most things can be cured with a good scrib of clorox and water and simmering a little cinnamon, vanilla and water on the stove top and opening the windows up reguarly. 

But mold and mildew can not only mean a problem thats not address it can be unhealthy to live in the home and can cause serious problems.</description>
