The concept of this website has been several years in the planning for me. I came to realize that the product did not exist until I learned about blogging. I wanted my visitors to have an online experience that is interactive and ever changing, yet with core features that remain constant and reliable. This site will not require registration to enjoy and learn from the properties, data, blogs, photos and other features. This site will give you the opportunity to add this site to your favorite reader, and to leave comments for other visitors. I hope you find it informative, useful, and occasionally entertaining. Thank you for visiting and of course I welcome contact any time.

25 years of business experience in these industries: employee benefits, health care, fitness, legal.
Areas of experience and training include management, marketing, sales (consultative/intangible benefits), paralegal work, and research.
Since 2003 - numerous real estate courses including NAR sponsored E-Pro certification.
Professional memberships in NAR, CAR, and SAMCAR.
Half Moon Bay Chamber of Commerce member.
Bay Area native, local Fairfax, Marin County; Coastside resident since 1989.
Founding member of the Coastside Mother's Club.  It started with 6 moms, over 100 members now.
Huge rescue animal supporter (Started Half Moon Bay Review Pet of the Week; currently sponsor 1 ad a month after a year of sponsoring all weekly ads).  We have rescued numerous kittens, our dog, Monte, and we also rescued a Florida bred thoroughbred horse from the track in Michigan.
Half Moon Bay Recreation Division Scholarship Fund supporter - $100 from every transaction goes to support this fund to allow children in need participate in community activities.
Happily married to Rick Bennett since 1981.  Proud parent of a Cal Poly, SLO, student and a Half Moon Bay High student & Varsity basketball team member.
