What defines the cottage style?
The cottage look is carried out either in the building or in the interior decorating or both. It can be vintage or modern. The buildings are usually smaller in size, sometimes with a “storybook” feel. Cottages can be large enough for a single family or a tiny dwelling large enough for only one person.
