Sign Riders – Show Me the Donation

Listing Agents at Coldwell Banker’s Half Moon Bay and Montara real estate offices are first to use sign riders to publicly show Cabrillo Unified School District support.  The agent taking a listing discusses their desire to support local public schools as part of the sale.  The seller agrees to the sign rider’s placement at their property; the agent personally donates from their separate fees a minimum of $250 at the close of escrow to the Cabrillo Education Foundation.  More about all our schools that may benefit from this on the Schools page.
